Here's the Caribbean Stock List where we get our Cleaning Crew and Caribbean Fish. You will see some of them are in Green, Yellow and then white.

We usually give them a two week notice because this supplier actually goes out and catches their stock. This is why they are colour coded. They also pre medicate their fish in their systems. We are able to give you great prices on their stock because their prices are awesome and quality of their stock is one of the best.

Green = Easy to catch any given week

Yellow = More difficult to catch because of Seasons and other Factors

White = Not easy to collect, collect in high quantities
